About me and my practice

I have run R.T.Gilbert counselling as a private practice for six years and have accumulated many thousands of hours through that and my experience as an employed, BACP registered counsellor. I have worked for educational establishments and a number of charities alongside my private practice work.

The background of my approach is existential although I am an integrative therapist amending every sessions approach to tour needs as my client.
